After the very successful release of the 2015 XC90, one would think that Volvo would be resting on their laurels. That's anything but true. The entire flagship lineup (crossover, wagon, and sedan) are being updated to the new design language. Recently, the next model was spied testing: the S90.
Due to the recent shift in the Volvo naming scheme, the S90 will be replacing the S80 as the brand's flagship. Although the spy shots definitely show the more forthright grille and T-shaped headlamps that mark recent concepts and production vehicles, everything else is pretty much covered. Reports, however, indicate we'll be seeing this car pretty soon. Maybe by year's end.
