I had a nail removed and plugged in less than 15 minutes and off to my appointment....and I have a Chevy!! Chuck has been a long time McLaughlin customer and they are the best!!!!! Thanks again and be sure that Greg Swanson gets a copy of this email.... We live in Ottumwa, IA, but Chuck gets his cars from McLaughlin's, that says a lot about your dealership."

"I wanted to let you know about my experience buying a car with my daughter this past week. The sales associate was Greg Moroni and he was very helpful in answering our questions, getting us to a price we could live with - without the typical runaround you find in most dealerships, and offering to cover a couple of scratches on the car without my having to ask. He was not pushy, which we both very much appreciated. That was one of the main reasons we walked away from another dealer. He was very respectful to us and did not treat us like helpless 'little ladies'! We worked with Joe to finalize the deal and he too displayed the same courtesy and helpfulness. I didn't feel like I was being baited or encouraged to purchase the additional warranty. This was Kelli's first experience in buying a car and it was one that she will remember and expect from others in the future. These two represented your dealership in a way that should make you proud! Now go give them a REALLY big raise."
